Thank you for supporting Thousand Waves' Violence Prevention and Self-Defense!  Here’s an idea of what your donations enable us to do:
•    A $25 donation pays the full fee for a student to attend one of our low-cost, high impact 90-minute workshops
•    A $150 donation pays for a student to take a 12-hour intensive weekend course.
•    $450 lets a social service agency bring up to 25 members of their staff to a 90-minute training.
•    $1,500 brings a 6-session series to a school or non-profit organization for up to 25 students.
