This year's Spirit Challenge fundraiser coinsides with Thousand Waves 30th anniversary. This year also marks my 10th year of training at Thousand Waves.
As a sixteen year old black belt, I continue to enjoy my training and dedicate my time to one of dojo's outreach programs called Adapted Seido Karate, ASK for youth with disabilities.
