The L-G Nidans' Spirit Challenge
Hi everyone!
This year Clara and I (both second degree black belts, or "nidan") are fundraising on behalf of the entire family. For the past 14 years, Thousand Waves has been one of the greatest sources of joy for our family. The dojo has given us a loving community and an amazing health practice (check out pictures of Clara board-breaking on her page). Inclusive community, mindful training, voices for non-violence, help Thousand Waves bring these to any family who comes looking for them!
