Though I am not excited to jump into Lake Michigan during a Chicago winter, I am very excited for the opportunity to fundraise for a phenomenal organization! Special Olympics Illinois hosts workshops and events for kids with disabilities to learn sports at their own pace in an environment that supports their diverse needs.
