Packet Pickup:
Packet pick up prior to January 16th is strongly recommended.

Safety Protocols
Out of an abundance of caution, we will be adhering to the following safety guidelines:
- All attendees, volunteers, and staff will be required to show proof of vaccination or negative PCR test within 48 hours of the event.
- Proof of vaccination or negative test are to be presented at the registration area upon arrival.
- All attendees, volunteers, and staff must wear masks throughout the event, with the exception of participants who are actively running/ walking on the 5k course.
- Racers will begin in separate heats to avoid a large group gathering at the start line.
- All food and beverage items will be handed out by masked and gloved volunteers.
- Masks and hand sanitizer will be readily available at multiple locations on site.
Event Festivities: A key moment of our event will be the first-time introduction of a transplant recipient to their lifesaving donor. All contact between the donor and recipient during the first year following the transplant must be anonymous, so it is always an emotionally impactful moment when the two are able to meet in person for the very first time.
There will be music, refreshments, and much more. Following the race, there will be an awards ceremony recognizing the top runners.

Directions to FAU University (Lot 27):
FAU Lot #27 is located at the NE corner of St Lucie Ave and Arts Ave, on the East side of the FAU campus
Children: The Superhero Sprint will be held for all children ages 6 and under, at 8:30 AM prior to the beginning of the 5K.
Children are encouraged to wear sneakers if running. Children under 6 will receive a free Gift of Life Superhero cape to wear during the race.
Daycare is not available at this event.
Restrooms: Will be available for use with handicap availability.
Water Stops: Water will be provided throughout the event and along the course route.
Refreshments: Continental breakfast and coffee will be served.
Bag Check: Bag check is not available.
