DSAW- Sheboygan & Surrounding Counties Mini Golf & Walk Fundraiser

Show your love for those with Down syndrome by attending our Mini Golf & Walk Fundraiser at Harbor Pointe Miniature Golf on Saturday, August 28!

Our Annual Awareness Walk fundraiser has moved locations! DSAW- Sheboygan is hosting a Mini Golf & Walk fundraiser to raise awareness and celebrate individuals with Down syndrome in our community!

We ask that participants wear masks when indoors or in crowded areas where social distancing is not possible, such as at registration. Thank you! 

Event Activities 

The fundraiser takes place at Harbor Pointe Miniature Golf. A round of golf is included with registration, and there will be plenty of kid-friendly activities like a photo booth and face painting. There will also be grab and go snacks!

TIME: 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM

WHERE: Harbor Pointe Miniature Golf (322 S Pier Dr, Sheboygan, WI 53081)

Registration

Pre-registration is strongly encouraged, however you can show up on 8/28 and pay at the door to play a round of mini golf! 

Registration Includes:

  • Admission to Harbor Pointe

  • A round of mini golf

  • Event t-shirt (pick up ONLY at the event)

  • Snacks and event activities

Registration deadline is Thursday, August 26th at 12 PM NOON.

T-shirts only guaranteed for those who register by Saturday, July 31st.

Spotlight Participants & 21 Showcase Red Carpet

Submit a photo of your loved one with Down syndrome to be displayed on the golf course and featured in our 21 Showcase red carpet! You get to take it home! 

We will host our 21 Showcase where individuals with Down syndrome of ALL ages will get a chance to walk the red carpet in front of their family and friends. Children who are not yet able to walk on their own can walk with a parent, caregiver, or sibling!

We will also share our 21 Showcase participants on social media this year! Make sure you follow us on Facebook so you don’t miss out. 

We want YOUR loved one with Down syndrome to be featured in this year's 21 Showcase!
