Thank you for visiting Team Evelyn's page! Whether it's a friend, a family member, or neighbor down the street, we almost all know someone with Down syndrome or related disabilities. Like us, many of you have been personally touched by the lives of these individuals. We are proud to be part of the DSAW- Sheboygan Mini Golf & Walk Fundraiser because it means so much Evelyn, her friends with Down Syndrome and their families. Evelyn has been able to explore many places, meet new friends, craft, learn and grown through the local chapter. She has loved hanging out at the Sheboygan DSAW chapter building, "Main St. Ability" in Glenbulah, Wisconsin, which is all supported through fundraising. We have also greatly benefitted from the support and networking through DSAW!
