This year, Suicide Prevention Week is September 4-10th, with National Suicide Prevention Day being September 10th.  While our family searches for the cause we know Harris would believe in, centered around addiction and mental health, we know it’s time to honor his life as his 40th birthday approaches on September 12th.

We’d love for you to join us for a Phish-themed yoga class, taught by our wonderful Anna Graziano, to celebrate his life and help those who may be grappling with the idea to take their own.  With your birthday “gift,” we’ll donate to Erika’s Lighthouse,  a foundation that helps provide students with the skills needed to talk to each other, to their parents, to their teachers and to counselors. Their goal is to use their resources to raise awareness, reduce stigma, educate students, promote good mental health and encourage help-seeking.  

We hope to see you there and look forward to making this a tradition.
