Erika's Lighthouse is determined to make sure no young person feels alone in their depression. We are dedicated to creating a community of empathy and education. We create middle school and high school teen depression education programs so educators and teens can create safe spaces to learn about depression, letting students know they are never alone, and there is somewhere to turn.

You play an important part of that mission - by raising awareness and funds to support our programs. Without you there would be no Erika's Lighthouse.

Shine Bright helps you unite your community through education and awareness. The event provides mission-focused opportunities for students to share stories, speak to a trusted adult and build a culture that breaks stigma and speaks openly and positively about mental health.

You can bring a Shine Bright: Neon Dance Relay to your community. Our easy to follow volunteer resources provide you the opportunity to engage, empower and connect with your neighbors to break stigma and raise awareness.

Fundraising That Stays Local
Shine Bright is designed to support local schools educating teens and advance the mission of Erika's Lighthouse globally. 10% of funds raised will stay local to host the event and support ongoing efforts of local school activities. Participants are supported through the LevelUp badge system.
