Offline donations you collect may be sent to MAC Midwest in the mail or dropped off at one of our Center locations. When mailing checks made payable to MAC Midwest or cash donations, please send the donations with a completed Donation Tracker form.

All mailed cash and checks received by Thursday, August 6, will be entered and appear on each Fundriaser's record by Thursday, August 13. Gifts that arrive in the mail after that date will be added to your Shine for MAC total, but may not appear on your digital leaderboard or tracker.

It's important to use the Donation Tracker form so that donors, including those making cash donations, receive acknowledgement and a donation receipt.
