Team Illinois Girls hockey fights to SHUTOUT pediatric cancer

Team Illinois is proud to partner with Camp OneStep to host a weekend of hockey to SHUTOUT pediatric cancer.  Help Team Illinois girls, Crystal Lake YellowJackets (12U) and the Madison Capitals (14U-19U) raise money for Camp OneStep.

 

Join us on January 27 & 28 at Center Ice of DuPage for a weekend of hockey, raffles, food & fun.  Team Illinois will be facing off against Madison Capitols & Crystal Lake YellowJackets to raise funds to ShutOut Pediatric Cancer.  Click on the "Hockey Weekend" button above to preview all of the event details

Help Camp One Step send campers to the ski slopes of Park City Utah by contributing $5,000! It costs up to $5,000 to send a camper to Utah Ski Camp, making your gift invaluable in enabling these experiences. Camps like Utah Ski are all about inclusion and accomplishment - teens with limb differences, balance challenges, vision-impaired, and more are given the chance to ski down a real mountain with the appropriate equipment and support

Our first-ever program, Summer Camp, remains our largest camp. On average, it costs us $2,000 to send a pediatric cancer patient or survivor to Summer Camp. Camp is always FREE for our families, and we rely on your generosity to make this possible. Let’s create summer fun and get kids to Summer Camp!

Your gift of $1,500 covers the average cost for Camp One Step to provide in-person camp experiences to a child affected by cancer or their family member. Help us send more and more kids to Camp One Step by giving $1,500. 

ANY amount donated is appreciated and will help Team Illinois Girls hockey reach their goal of a $10,000 donation.  Each team has a goal of $2500 which covers the cost of ONE (1) child to experience summer camp fun.

Camp One Step's CONNECTED program offers digital experiences to keep our camp community thriving year-round. These digital programs enable children facing relapse, hospitalization, or significant treatment challenges to stay CONNECTED with their camp family. Your gift of $500 makes opportunities like this possible for kids with cancer and their families.

Something NEW Camp One Step did this year was providing local experiences for kids with cancer and their families. In 2023, Camp offered a local ski outing to coincide with our Utah Ski Camp and a local trail ride opportunity to coincide with our Dude Ranch Camp- serving more than 275 campers. This helps prepare younger campers for the overnight experiences and gives them a taste test of the activity! Your gift of $250 can help bring the camp magic directly to families navigating a pediatric cancer diagnosis and welcomes more and more campers to our camp family.
