I’m sleeping out this week in participation of Beacon's 7th Annual Solidarity Sleep Out. It's going to be a hot one Friday, but it's nothing in comparison to what some folks experience every single night.

The Solidarity Sleep Out is an annual fundraiser held to raise critical funds and awareness for Beacon's overnight shelter, Friend's Place. The shelter and Beacon are vital resources in the Bloomington community. Beacon's comprehensive programs provide effective solutions to poverty and homelessness, and are available to anyone experiencing need.
