So,  what happened?

November 2021 - I experienced a nominal injury that should have been resolved in 8-10 weeks. One walkiing boot, four casts, several X-rays, two MRIs, and three "second" opinions later, I received the diagnosis -  Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. 

Pair of crutches, a shower chair, two knee rollers, bone stim machine, a Gabapentin Rx, acupuncture, H-wave, whirlpool bath, ocular migraines, audio sensitivity, medical accommodations, six mattress exchanges, biofeedback, neurofeedback, mirror therapy, light therapy, aqua therapy, physical therapy, one walker, and an upright walking stick - January of 2022, I took my first step since the injury. April of 2022, I drove for the first time since the injury. Each milestone takes two to three days to recover. But, I do recover and my stamina increases with each new challenge. 

Not everyone diagnosed with CRPS has access to the resources I was able to research and add toward my recovery and management journey. This is why I ask for your help.
