Registration & Check-In: On race day 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM

Registration, start, finish and awards ceremony take place behind Republic Gym at the end of the Bike Path near Highland Avenue and Grove Street in Davis Square.  

Course: Urban, varied terrain, arrows at all turns, mile markers, 5K (3.1 miles). 

Results: Professional, computerized CHIP TIMING and results by Spitler Race Systems.

The Somerville 5K Road Race will take place rain or shine. If severe weather, unsafe conditions, or municipal directives force an event cancellation, the decision will be made in the sole discretion of event organizers and local officials to ensure the safety of our participants, volunteers, and community.

 Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to severe weather or unforeseen emergency conditions. In the event of such cancellation, all registration fees will be converted to tax-deductible charitable donations to the Somerville Homeless Coalition. We appreciate your support and understanding.

All participants are encouraged to fundraise, all donations will go toward supporting our programs supporting our most vulnerable neighbors.

All runners will receive gifts based on how much they raise, Please see below for a guide as to what each fundraising level earns.

Runners will also receive the rewards from each level below their final fundraising level.
