I’m thrilled to be participating in this fundraiser supporting ACR Health, a not-for-profit, community-based organization providing an array of support services to individuals affected by a wide range of chronic diseases, including HIV/AIDS.
Services include:
Care Management (connections with doctors, counseling, medical transportation, substance use treatment)
Health Insurance (enrollment assistance for medicaid, qualified health plan, child health plus, and AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP)
LGBTQ+ youth and family support programs (Q-Center, family peer advocacy, adolescent pregancy prevention, independent living skills)
Testing and Prevention services (rapid testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis, along with STI screenings)
Support Services for those with chronic health conditions (housing, peer support, health education)
