Small streets all dead-end at the river and there are paths or dumped trash at the end, down to river. It's possible to walk along the river in this area.
Streets are all south of the Willimansett Bridge: Emerson, Erline, Tourtelotte, Riverview Place, Adams, and Leslie. There are sometimes homeless encampments in this area -- please leave active ones undisturbed.
