After working for Spectrum 360 for almost 3 years, I've gained such respect, understanding (that grows still daily), and awe for the population we serve and work with. This is not limited to just our students and their families, but also includes a similar perspective towards all our staff members and professionals. It has truly been a privilege to work with these students, families, and staff for a purpose greater than myself.

Many challenges that our students and families face are not chosen, nor are the situations that are posed to our schools day in and day out. There is a great privilege in being able to take on challenges of our choosing. It would be an honor to run the NYC Half representing an organization that encompasses not only strength, but also adaptability, resilience, and empathy.
