About Spirit of AGE:
The fourth annual Spirit of AGE event will celebrate community and aging in Central Texas while raising needed funds for AGE of Central Texas’ Thrive Social & Wellness Centers. AGE’S Thrive Centers offer Central Texas' most affordable adult day health care for older adults experiencing memory loss, cognitive decline, and physical changes due to aging. Each day, Thrive Center members are welcomed into a space where they are treated with person-centered care by expert staff who see beyond their age or memory loss. Funds raised at Spirit of AGE will help cover the cost of care for low-income older adults attending AGE's Thrive Centers. This event is the reason why AGE is able to offer THE most affordable daytime care in Central Texas.
Spirit of AGE will also honor the 29th annual AGE Awards recipients, AGE Legacy Fund members, and AGE Guardian Fund members who have all gone above and beyond for the aging and caregiving community.
