About East County & the Concrete Community Center:

The East County Services center provides emergency and stabilizing services to low income and homeless community members in the Concrete area. We are a satellite location for Community Action, which serves all of Skagit County.

We provide help for folks seeking assistance with legal help, adult education, energy assistance, basic needs, food security, veterans assistance, and much more! In addition to providing these services, we also run the Concrete Community Center, where we make and provide nutritious, hot meals for seniors and community members experiencing food insecurity.

COVID-19 has thrown a wrench in how we do business, but we are committed to continuing to help folks in Concrete get the help they need during these difficult times.
