I’m thrilled to be participating in Spring into Wellness, a fundraiser supporting The Mental Health Association of Rochester/Monroe County Inc. (MHA).

Just think about how powerful peer support can be- just showing up for each other, listening, and reminding one another that we are not alone. Mental health challenges should not be faced alone. MHA is a safe space where people can talk, be heard and feel understood.
