Welcome to Team Brittany! I’m 32 years old and I live in western New York with my husband and 3 beautiful children. Almost 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with neurofibromatosis type 2 related schwannomatosis (NF2). Neurofibromatosis is a rare genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body. There is currently no cure for NF, but there are promising advancements happening right now with NF research! I am making it a part of my mission to help raise awareness of this rare disease and be a part of a cure. Thank you for supporting me and every patient and family who is affected by NF. Together we will get closer to a future without neurofibromatosis!
