Join the Lakeland Activity Center for Seniors for its inaugural Steps4Seniors  WalkAThon supporting programs for Seniors at Catholic Charities Polk County Ministries. Catholic Charities Senior Services promote health and wellness through nutrition, socialization, activities and education for men and women over 55 to help meet their needs as they age.
