Steps for Sleep is all about moving for better rest—and a greater cause. Regular physical activity improves sleep quality, boosts well-being, and connects us with our community. This event not only encourages healthy habits, it also helps give kids a bed of their own—a safe place to rest, dream, and grow.
Here’s how you can participate:
Join us in person
Saturday, September 13 at DeLaSalle High School. Enjoy a fun series of 15-minute movement sessions—no matter your fitness level, there’s something for everyone.
While you’re there, don’t miss our Wellness Fair, featuring small, local businesses offering products and services that support healthy sleep, movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being.
Help us make sweet dreams possible by bringing a brand new Dream Kit item! These essential items—twin-size pillows, mattress pads, sheets, blankets, or stuffed animals—help kids sleep soundly in their very own beds.
Walk Anywhere
Walk, bike, dance, do yoga—whatever gets you moving! From September 1–13, choose your activity and join us from anywhere. Share your steps on social media using #stepsforsleep and tag @myveryownbed.
