Walk Anywhere - Individuals
Can’t make it to our in-person event? No problem! Sign up as a Walk Anywhere participant and support My Very Own Bed from wherever you are. Your registration fee helps provide brand new beds—and better sleep—for kids who need them.
How it works:
Anytime between September 1–13, go for a walk in your neighborhood, on a trail, at the gym—wherever movement fits into your day. Whether it’s a solo stroll or a walk with friends, every step counts toward healthier sleep and brighter dreams for kids.
Satellite Events
Gather your friends, neighbors, coworkers, or faith community and host a Satellite Event! A satellite event is a smaller, locally organized walk that takes place in connection with our larger Steps for Sleep movement.
It’s a great way to build community, get active together, and make a collective impact—no matter where you live.
Corporate Teams
Looking for a meaningful way to engage your team? Invite your workplace to walk together in support of healthy sleep for kids. Many companies offer matching gifts or wellness incentives—check with your HR team to see if yours does!
You can create a corporate walking team, host a wellness day, or even organize a group walk during lunch hour.
