I'm doing this for my brother, who has been severely affected by CRPS for 10 years. His work vehicle was rear ended by another car and he walked away with what seemed like minor injuries. Instead, those injuries devolved into debilitating pain and a never-ending battle with bureacracy. He's lost so much - his career, his mobility, his capacity to think clearly on most days. The side effects from the meds are often worse than the pain itself. Nerve-blocks and other treatments have not worked for him. This cause is about identifying better options for him and all the other people contending with CRPS on so many levels.
