For those that don't know my story, I will share a quick summary (well, sorta quick).  I found CHF right after my son was diagnosed with Epilepsy.  And oh my goodness, was I ever thankful.  The support I got from Julie and other members of the CHF page was what I needed during a rough time.  CHF granted us an emfit monitor, and it was not until I got that that I was able to actually sleep at night instead of watching a baby monitor just waiting for the next seizure.  Not only did this give me a peace of mind, but also his older brother who found him seizing Christmas morning before we got the monitor.  This is when he was diagnosed with Epilepsy.  The monitor gave all of us a peace of mind and helped save his life by alarming when he had a seizure in the middle of the night allowing us to know it was happening and go in and turn him to his side to keep him safe during the seizure.  

CHF made such a huge impact on our lives that I said I would forever pay it forward to help them to help others who need monitors.  I did an in person STOMP event locally for several years.  Although I just don't have the support and means to do it in person any more, I still want to raise funds.   I do hope that everyone will continue to support my efforts in raising funds for CHF.  It means more than you will ever know.  

Each year I attend the Epilepsy Awareness Day and Disneyland expo and work the CHF booth,  To hear the stories and meet the people who need help definitely pulls at the heartstrings.  I am ever so grateful that I am able to be part of this foundation and their mission.  Thank you for supporting me in this venture.
