Please help us raise money for the National CJD Foundation and select Team Jerry Yaffa.
My father was diagnosed with this horrible disease and we wasted 2 months trying to understand what was wrong.  Nobody could help. We went to the best doctors, the best hospitals, no results. We tried everything.

My father had already lost a leg in an accident, and survived like nothing changed.
He lost an eye and damaged half of his face in another accident and never changed, never complained.
He had a massive heart attack, and survived.
He was the strongest person in the world and my best friend.
We thought he was going to get through this too.

He passed away 30 days later from the CJD. It was too late.

I have been trying for 16 years to help the organization spread awareness, help diagnose, treat, and cure this disease. Please Help!
