On April 11, 2019, we lost my sister-in-law Jeanne Jackson Spencer to the heartbreak that is sCJD. She was a beautiful person, both inside and out - it goes without saying that she is greatly missed. It is in Jeanne's giving and generous spirit that we walk for her, for the CJD Foundation, so that someday, we can eradicate this monster of a disease.
