As most of you know, we lost our Son Jeffrey to CJD on August 11, 2014.
Each year at this time the CJD Foundation has a National Fundraiser to raise funds for continued research and to guide families of loved ones who have this horrible disease through the difficult progression and ultimate final days.
We very much appreciate all the donations that our family and friends have made through these last eight years since we lost our Jeff. We humbly request that you continue to support this fundraiser once again this year. The research continues to make strides in looking for the cause and treatment and, hopefully one day a cure for CJD.
Thank you, in advance, for all the love and support you have given us throughout these past years.

Strides for CJD is an annual walk/run to raise awareness of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), a rare neurodegenerative disease that has no treatment or cure. Through this event, anyone -- anywhere -- can pay tribute to their loved ones and raise funds for the CJD Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization.
Funds raised support our programs including:
Our 24/7 helpline, support groups, conference, and other family programs throughout the year.
Research grants to help scientists make important discoveries and bring us closer to a cure.
Medical education to help raise awareness and understanding of prion disease.
