My mom, Pat Daniels, passed away from Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease on April 5, 2019. She declined very rapidly over about five weeks. She was the most positive-thinking person I have ever known and was involved in so many different activities; many of them charitable. While she was taken from this earth way too soon, I feel that she made the most of the time she had here. 

Although CJD is rare, we must raise awareness about it in order to raise funds for research and to work toward a cure for the disease. Please, join me in raising awareness by donating and sharing this page with others.
