Please join me in supporting the CJD Foundation in honor of Leonard, beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, co-worker and friend, parted from us much too soon on October 8, 2017 due to sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease.
In appreciation of your donation I will participate in the Cleveland/Akron Strides for CJD event on October 12.
Strides for CJD is an annual walk/run to raise awareness of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD), a rare neurodegenerative disease that has no treatment or cure.
The mission of the Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease Foundation is to support families affected by Prion Disease, raise awareness, and support medical education and research.
