My mom was recently diagnosed with CJD. It began this May, around mother's day. She began acting different and even said she felt like her brain had "snapped" and she cant snap it back into place. There were many trips to many doctors and hospitals before the MRI showed CJD. This has been one heck of a time for my family because my mom is the sweetest, most loving, and best supporter we could ever ask for. We are doing this for her, and for the hope that more about this horrible disease can be discovered and a cure!!
