My brother Larry was diagnosed with CJD in 2019. He was a devoted husband, father, son, and big brother. He was also a mentor to countless people through his work at Hephzibah Baptist Church and career as a teacher and basketball coach. His courage and unfailing faith in God after his diagnosis remains an inspiration for our entire family. We hope to raise money for the CJD Foundation paticularly because this foundation not only works to raise awareness, but also supports medical research through it's research grant program.
