The Ronald McDonald House provides a home away from home for families traveling for medical care. James and I were so appreciative of our visit to the Charleston house in June and for the care we received while James was at MUSC in May. Every gift helps provide peace of mind for families in very stressful situations. It was so helpful to be able to focus on James instead of worrying about finding a meal, a place to stay close to his doctors, or a safe place to play between appointments. We’ll be traveling back to his doctors in Charleston at least once a month for the next year. We are so glad that Ronald McDonald House Charities is there to take some of the stress off our shoulders. We hope that we can help other families find peace of mind through this campaign.
