Recently, I celebrated 5 years at Children's and I'm proud of the Health Equity work we have done in partnership with community, specifically the American Indian community. Children's Minnesota has invested in community solutions by changing the way we invest in those solutions. The First Gift is a transformative approach that celebrates traditional knowledge, promotes community healing, encourages positive storytelling and supports strong community narratives and relationships.
