I am so excited to be running again with Team IPEF! ( Last year I signed up but had JUST had a baby, so I cheered everyone on instead!) I am looking to set another PR race this fall but this time in the 10K! Please show your support here and in person on race day! It means so much to me as a runner and a coach to have people out there on race morning! This will be my 6th year coaching girls cross country at Waubonsie Valley and I absolutely cherish this community.
