Why I Do What I Do: For the past 20 years I have enjoyed teaching students with special needs. The past 14 have been with the young adults in our STEPS transition program. Every day brings new challenges and successes; and none of these happen without a lot of laughter. I often say to the paraprofessionals in my room, "Can you believe they pay us to do this?!" I can't imagine a more perfect job. I'm walking to raise funds for the students in our STEPS program. IPEF does wonderful things for all students in our district, but I could use your help to raise funds specifically for our program. Would you help pleases?
