Hello family and friends! Most of you know that I am expecting baby number two, but I just couldn't stay away from Team IPEF! Please help support Team IPEF as I run/walk a 5k this year (My due date is October 15th). This fall will be my 16th year involved with distance running through participating as an athlete or leading as a coach.
