New Moms supports young moms (aged 13-24) and their children, who are experiencing poverty and homelessness, with the personal and workforce development tools they need to permanently change their life stories from chronic dependence on society, to economic independence and family stability.
They offer a loving, safe and stable environment, while providing:
Individualized case management;
Supportive housing;
Career-readiness, parenting, life skills and literacy training; and
Age-appropriate children’s programming with routine screenings for signs of abuse and neglect.
