The number of pregnant/parenting homeless female youth in Illinois has more than doubled in the last 20 years. New Moms is helping to break the cycle of poverty.
New Moms exists to interrupt the cycle of poverty and create strong families. Their mission is to surround young moms and their children with everything they need to transform their lives, specifically focusing on housing, jobs, and family services.
I am excited to be a part of this organization and helping them to provide excellent services and resoures for these young moms.
$25 can support diapers and formula for 1 family for a week.
$55 can support 1 night of housing for a young mom and her child.
$115 can support 1 month of one month of unlimited transportation for a participant, removing barriers for her to travel to our Job Training program and access childcare for her family
