Running & Walking the Race Against Poverty
Join Team Opportunity this spring as we take on the 2025 Shamrock Shuffle! The race is a St. Patrick’s Day tradition in Chicago with two distance options: an 8K (5 mile) run or a 2 mile walk.
Each participant will train and help raise awareness and funds to support Malawian women living in extreme poverty. With a goal of $10,000, Team Opportunity aims to provide five women with immediate assistance and empower them to start businesses, generate income, and send their children to school.
Explore each participant's story to learn why they have decided to support this life-changing initiative.
