Every child needs a champion, so I'm running 13.1 miles for Read Ahead on March 15th!
Read Ahead is an organization that is near and dear to my heart. I have been volunteering as a mentor for almost 4 years now, and it has been an extremely rewarding experience for both myself and the students I have mentored.
I am running the 2020 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon on behalf of Read Ahead so that more students can have the opportunity to be mentored.
