Run: That's what I'm doing! I'll be running the 15K Hot Chocolate Race on October 29th in support of the great work of Snow City Arts. This is the longest distance I've ever run! My goal is simply to cross the finish line!!

Create: Snow City Arts creates all kinds of things...SCA creates beautiful works of arts with hospitalized kids; they create opportunities for these kids to feel like a child again; and they create access to fabulous professional artists that act as teachers, mentors, and friends.

Educate: Did you know...Each year, Snow City Arts provides a vibrant arts education to approximately 1,000 children and youth in four Chicago hospitals. Whether a child is in the hospital for a long-term stay or a short one, Snow City Arts turns their time to heal into a time to learn, providing these young patients with instruction in creative writing, music, visual arts, filmmaking, and theater. Each arts-based workshop is benchmarked to state and federal learning standards and can be used for classroom credit, helping these students remain in-step with their peers.
