Hello and thanks for visiting my Snow City Arts fundraising page. I am running this race because I love the arts and know, first hand, how important they are to healing and coming to terms with life's difficulties. I witessed the fruits of this great organization a few times at their annual fundraiser. I saw a kid who came up in program who composed his own music in the program while he was managing his health and is now going to college to study music. I read written work by a full range of kids. I read a digital children's book a girl made for younger students to learn their ABCs. I saw the work of kids who were simultaneously fighting their diseases and developing their visual style over a series of art works. It's a wonderful organization and bring some much-needed inspiration to kids who need it for their lives. Please consider giving, no amount too large or too small.
