Earlier this year, I ran the Atlanta Half Marathon with the Kyle Pease Foundation, an organization that creates opportunities for athletes with disabilities to participate in endurance sports. It was a truly life-changing experience and reinforced how important inclusion and access are in athletics and in our communities.

That experience inspired me to continue supporting this mission, and I’m proud to be running the Chicago Marathon for Special Children’s Charities. Chicago is a city that means a lot to me, and this is my way of giving back while helping support programs that empower children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities across all 77 Chicago neighborhoods.

My goal is to raise funds that help expand opportunities for inclusion, participation, and community for individuals of all abilities.
