This October, I’ll be running the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon—my very first marathon—and the start of my journey toward earning the Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star Medal.
Running a marathon is something I’ve wanted to do for a long time, and I’m excited (and a little nervous) to finally take it on.
Just a few weeks later, I’ll be running the New York City Marathon in November, so this marks the beginning of a big personal challenge for me.
I wanted to make these miles count for more than just crossing the finish line, which is why I’m raising money for Special Children’s Charities. Their work supports children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping create more inclusive opportunities and communities.
My goal is to raise $2,500, and every donation—no matter the amount—helps make a real impact.
If you’re able, I’d truly appreciate your support—whether that’s a donation or simply sharing my page. Thank you for being part of this journey with me.
