I would be honored to run with Team Special Children’s Charities because of the incredible work this organization does to support individuals and families across the city. I deeply admire its mission to create more inclusive communities for children with disabilities.
Growing up in sports, I experienced firsthand how athletics can build confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. It is inspiring to see Special Children’s Charities providing these opportunities across the Chicao area.
Supporting this cause and contributing to its impact in the Chicago community would mean so much to me.
Special Children’s Charities continues to transcend boundaries and redefine possibilities, serving as a powerful symbol of empowerment and inclusivity within both the disability community and the City of Chicago.
The spirit of accomplishment, inclusion, and joy that defines the marathon experience mirrors the mission of Special Children’s Charities—to create opportunities for thousands of participants across all 77 Chicago neighborhoods. Together, we can help build a more inclusive Chicago, one mile at a time.
Thank you for supporting the thousands of participants with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Chicago.
