I've worked for Children's for more than a year, and I'm often in awe of the care my colleagues provide to our patients and their families. Specifically, the cardiovascular unit has proven to be exceptional. The staff are passionate about their work and contribute to the remarkable outcomes patients and their families experience.
When I learned Children's was a Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon charity partner, I realized I could combine two of my passions -- running and being a patient care manager -- for a worthy cause. I've already enjoyed a few Twin Cities marathons, and I look forward to running with my fiancé, Juliann, for her very first.
