I run for children so someday I can run WITH them!

Hi everybody! 

My name is Zoe, and I am a very new (JULY new!)  nurse here on the Float Team at Children's Hospital in Minneapolis. Like Twin Cities Marathon, beginning my RN career at Children's has been a longtime goal of mine. Finding out that I could accomplish both simultaneously has been the best news ever!

I have been running, biking and skiing with my family for as long as I can remember. What I love most about it is that the lifestyle is lifelong. The community is inspiring and supportive- it adds greater meaning and happiness to every day!

Setting goals and working to achieve them is something that we do each day at work with our patients and their families. This too is lifelong. Running for Children's means running for more goals, more successes, and more happy + healthy kids. I couldn't be more excited and proud to be part of such a fantastic team- both in AND out of the hospital!

Please join me in accomplishing my goal of raising $500 for this terrific hospital that is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families each and every day. These people and this place is truly amazing- let's keep fueling its successes!
