I am running the Twin Cities Marathon this year with my two best friends to honor the memory of special people in our lives, as well as for those who we work with. For me, I spend my time with the #rehabulous team at Children's Hospitals and Clinics of MN, working with kids and their families to get back to playing and taking care of business. I preach home exercise programs and working outside of the rehab gym, and this has been a great reminder to practice what i preach - pooling my resources in rehab, nutrition, and mindfulness/wellness, to reach a goal, 26.2 beautiful miles...I'm ready, and I'm raising money for the Rehabilitation Dept...will you help build our resources in rehab so we can all keep kids playing and taking care of business during their journey with us and beyond?  Thank you for your time.
